Update to the Game on the 30th!!

Good morning,


The game this week has changed to WEDNESDAY at it STARTS AT 7PM. This pushes up our time slightly. Please make adjustments to the pit crew and food (it MUST be completed on time). I am waiting to see if we can get into the cafeteria earlier now that the game is earlier as well, so that time may be a 5:00 dinner, which will change everything again as well. Ashley, just let me know if Nicole can do that and please confirm with those volunteering that they know the time changes. Thank you!!


WEDNESDAY - Sep 28 - 5:30 - Dinner in cafeteria 5:50 - Change over 6:00 - Inspection / Warm-ups / Run through show 6:20 - Depart for field 6:43 - March onto field for National Anthem 7:00 - Game begins Dinner - Nicole Harris Pit Crew - Brian McClure Chaperone - Kristin Katzianer
